Financing and Fees

For Reconstructive Surgery Patients

Dr Papalian currently participates with multiple PPO and HMO insurance plans, as well as Medicare. Please contact the office to inquire regarding current plan participation. The office will assist you with information on your particular plan. However, you are encouraged to fully understand your own particular insurance program, including co-pays and deductibles.

For patients covered by insurance plans with which we participate, you will be asked to pay your co-pay at the time of service. For surgical cases, we will bill your insurance company for you and you will be billed for your co-pay and deductibles once the claim has been processed.

For patients with PPO insurance plans that we do not participate with, you can still receive care by Dr Papalian. If we are not a participating providers with your particular plan, you will be asked to pay at the time of service. We will submit the bill to your insurance, as a service to you. Most PPO plans have higher deductibles and co-pays for non-participating providers.
